proftpd alleen active niet passive

Lieve vrienden van Nedlinux,
ik heb een probleempje. Ik heb proftpd geïnstalleerd op mijn server om 12 studenten in coronatijd een plekje te geven om met WordPress te spelen. We moeten iets in deze tijd.
Vorig weekend heb ik thuis een airco geïnstalleerd en daarbij een aarde test uitgevoerd. Die werkte goed maar naar aanleiding daarvan is mijn server spontaan gereset. Vanaf dit moment wil proftpd alleen nog maar actieve verbindingen correct afhandelen. Bij passieve verbindingen krijg ik uit Filezilla de volgende melding:
Status:
Fout: Verbinding verlopen na 20 seconden inactiviteit
Fout: Ontvangen van mappenlijst is mislukt
Status: Verbinding met server verbroken
Status: Verbinden met test.mijndomein.dk
Status: Verbinding gemaakt, welkomstbericht afwachten...
Status: Onveilige server, die geen FTP over TLS ondersteunt.
Status: Ingelogd
Status: Mappenlijst ophalen...

Dit is heel vervelend met name omdat WordPress alleen een passieve verbinding kan leggen. Mijn leerlingen kunnen nu dus even niet door.

Mijn iptables regels voor proftpd:

Verder is het vermelden nog waard dat er een gebruiker is aangemaakt die "test" heet en geen bash of home directory heeft. In de /home directory heb ik zelf een symlink gemaakt naar de website directory. Dus:
/home/~test -> /var/www/mijndomein/test
Is er iemand die hier soep van kan maken? Ik hoop het maar. In ieder geval bedankt voor jullie tijd.
